The Above production time does not apply to micro twist wigs
Micro Twist Wigs: 4 – 6 Weeks(Although the processing time may be shorter)
Our Cancellation Period is 24hrs After Order.
For All orders cancelled after the cancellation period, We charge a non refundable cancellation fee of $100 per wig for the cost of materials used as we start our production almost immediately after order has been placed.
We Ship Worldwide, Using DHL Express
All Packages can be tracked after the item has be shipped and tracking number generated.
-All orders must be returned in the original packaging state and lace not cut or tempered, wig not used.
– We dont accept any form or type of returns returns. – Exchange can only be CONSIDERED if there was a production error from Citi Beauty World, with picture and video evidence from the customer proving the item was recieved in bad production condition.
-All exchanges/ complains must be made within 72 hours (3days) of recorded client receipt, or the return/exchnage can no longer be processed.
If you make changes other than what you selected, A fee of $100 will be charged,
If you decide to change your mind on the wig after production a non refundable 50% surcharge will be applied,
after video confirmation is sent you have 1 week to finalize the transactions for prompt response from support.
